Hello Block Captains,

The Upcoming Emergency Preparedness Drill is going to take place on Saturday, September ??, 2023 starting at 7:30 am. If you cannot be there that day please find a substitute from your block to fill in and complete your duties. On that morning, walk your block and check for colored papers or ribbons in the windows of each household. Note down which households had which color (which participated) and which had no color. Then stop by the ward command post to report your numbers or contact the command post via radio on the specified channel to report your numbers. Thank you for your help.
